High Park Branch located at 228 Roncesvallles Ave is the second of three Toronto Public Libraries funded with a Carnegie grant and constructed by noted architect Eden Smith in the early 1916.
At the time of building all three Branches (High Park, Beaches and Wychwood) were identical but later renovations has changed this. They all still retain their high, arched ceilings. Visit them all and see what changes have been made.
Cyclists will enjoy the bike lanes that stretch along Roncesvalles Avenue and there a number of shops and food options running down the street.
