This cache is a regular sized Lock&Lock cache. It can be found while hiking from JianTan to Neihu, which is a nice and accessible little ridge hike in Taipei. Coming from JianTan you can follow the trail up to Lao DiFang with cool views of Taipei and Songshan airport and continue over here. Just before reaching this cache you have a nice view of the National Palace Museum to the left. The 'peak' itself is described in my guidebook as a disappointing spot. But it has the traditional Taiwanese sign of having reached the top and the hike to get there is a nice one.
However if you don't feel like hiking, you can access this fairly easily by scooter or car as well.
