Twenty years ago, this corner was gross. It was transformed during the downtown revival that took place around 2000. A big part of that transformation was made possible by a restaurant opening at the corner. Now at least four of LA's best restaurants are within a half block of this location, all run by the same chef. Congratulations to ThrYar, FTF!
