At least 52 pre-publication FTF RAFFLE PRIZES (BLUE TICKET). A person can win only one pre-publication FTF prize. The more BLUE TICKETS you have, the better your odds of winning an FTF raffle prize. The BLUE TICKETS will be given out based on the following:

3) 5 micro or 5 nano containers with log ready to hide
4) pack of 20 logs (any size) ready to place in a container

This is for Memberships, Gift Certificates, Discount Coupons, Unregistered Trackables, Publications, Tools of the Trade (TOTT), Containers, Blank Logs, Apparel, and, NEW THIS YEAR, Trips and Excursions.
3. Every person that attends gets one (BLUE TICKET) for a chance to win one of the pre-publication FTF caches.
4. For each donated quality raffle prize, you get at least one more (BLUE TICKET) for one of the pre-publication FTF caches. See the "quality raffle prize" definition above.
5. The drawing for the pre-publication FTF caches will be right after the Regular RAFFLE prize drawing.
6. There will be a full house so we will be calling out the raffle numbers, twice, every 15 – 20 seconds. At the same time, we’ll write the numbers on the white board. When you hear / see your number, come up to the prize table and select a prize. First come, first serve.
FTF RAFFLE PROCESS DETAILS:
When you arrive, on each table will be a laminated list of all FTF Pre-Publication Caches. Take a minute to review that list and identify one or more caches you may want to choose if your BLUE TICKET number is called during the pre-publication FTF cache prize raffle. If your BLUE TICKET number is called, come up to the FTF Pre-Publication Cache table, present your ticket, and provide the GC Code or Waypoint Name. You will sign the FTF Winner Log and then will be given an envelope containing the cache details.
Remember, every person that attends gets one BLUE TICKET for a chance to win a pre-publication FTF cache (LIMIT 1 PER PERSON). You may also receive additional BLUE TICKETS. See "WHO'S ELIGIBLE FOR RAFFLE PRIZES?" section for additional details.

Complete: All are now locked
Still in the Planning Stage:
NONE. However, for those visiting the area, I'll submit non-event related caches the night of 3/9/2018 and 3/10/2018. They will probably publish within hours or the following morning.
FOR POSSIBLE DISCUSSION AT THE EVENT
First of all, this event is a celebration of February 29. Have some fun and take a look at 29 fun things to do on leap day. Of course, we all know about #29.
I LOVED this when I saw it the first time: The Geocaching Junkie “The 10 Types of Geocacher” HUGE THANKS to Sarah Murphy for her clever and creative writing skills.
Of the 10 counts against me, here’s how I plead:
On count #1, Guilty - of course, except that I share as many as practical. When a potentially disagreeable and tense situation threatens to erupt over who gets to claim the FTF, consider verbal de-escalation techniques. Really, no aggression is necessary or called for!!!
On count #2, Guilty - love stats no matter how meaningless.
On count #3, Guilty - mostly when an FTF is involved.
On count #4, Not Guilty - what's a map? what's a compass?
On count #5, Guilty - only of a misdemeanor.
On count #6, Guilty - again, only of a misdemeanor. My Caching Karma is above 2.0, what's yours?
On count #7, Guilty - I only committed this offense 3 times (and it was exhausting). There will be people at this event the will have committed multiple felonies.
On count #8, Not Guilty - Break the rules? Me?!?!?!
On count #9, Guilty - Have done this a few times.
On count #10, WAY Not Guilty - However, my geowidow IS GUILTY, especially the “…looking tired and bored” part.
From the Geocache Tribune: The FTF Code of Honor. I agree with these for the most part. Sharing is a good thing, as long as it minimizes damage to the person doing the sharing. IMHO, that’s always the case with FTF’s.
Here are some of my favorite FTFs:
