Erie, PA is home to two well-known institutions named for men with the name Vincent. One is a high school named for Strong Vincent. The other is a hospital named for Saint Vincent de Paul.
The cache is not at the posted coordinates (Strong Vincent High School), but is hidden near a place having to do with one of these two men. It is up to you to figure out which one.
The cache is either at:
1. N 42 06.698 W080 05.266 (Near Strong Vincent's grave)
or
2. N 42 06.643 W 080 04.766 (Near Saint Vincent Hospital)
There are two ways to determine which is the actual location:
1. You could go look in both places until you find the cache.
or
2. You can complete a short quiz and find out where the cache is.
