A trip to Cottonwood Canyon has turned into a yearly Spring trip for us. We have one cache in the area and decided to put out a couple more. This is a very nice area for hiking or biking on either side of the river. Head down the Pinnacles trail until your GPS points up the hill. Be careful on the rocks going up and back down.
The cache is a medium lock and lock full of goodies with an unactivated geocoin for FTF. Make sure you put it back so it stays dry.
As with anywhere in Cottonwood be on the lookout for snakes at the snakey times of year.
