Geocache Description:

The above co-ordinates are for the parking lot only.

This is the second home for this cache. Its first home was between Elk Lake and Matachewan in Northern Ont. and placed on July 4th. 2002. Its new home is just off of Highway 97 between Kitchener and Cambridge. The cache is hidden on the Dryden Tract. From the parking lot to the cache it is 1km as the crow flies. There are numerous trails so mark your route. Also with the leaves on the ground the trails are well covered and the small trails are hard to make out.

You will need to get 3 numbers to help with the final co-ordinates to the cache. There is a small marker on a stone between the two parking lots that gives some history about this track. Add the 3 numbers together and than add this to the N and W co-ordinates. There is a bench that over looks a small marsh at the base of the hill and the surrounding farm land.
When you reach this point you are near the cache hiding spot.

Questions about the Dryden Tract.

1. How many acres where purchased? ___________A

2. In what year was it purchased? ___________B

3. In what year was this erected? ___________C

Add A+B+C together. ___________D

Now add D to the North and West co-ordinates.

North co-ordinates N43 1 4 .4 7 8

Add ____________D

New North co-ordinates N43 _____.______

West co-ordinates W80 1 7 .9 3 7

Add ____________D

Mark these co-ordinates as a Waypoint in your GPS and your on your way. Don't forget to write down the two numbers under the lid for the T.B.W.C. of 2003. The numbers have also been placed on the cover of the log book.

The cache is in a white 2 litre container with a twist off lid.
There are a number of trading items.
A log book, pen and pencil
Camera to take your teams picture

Thanks for hunting for this cache.
