Geocache Description:

Mark your calendars for the launch of NorthEast Ohio's newest GeoTrail!



Presented by the Medina County Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Medina County Park District


Join us on Saturday, June 11
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
at the

Wolf Creek Environmental Center
6100 Ridge Road
Sharon Center, OH


The event begins at 9:00 a.m. with donuts, bagels, coffee, juice,
and socializing before the release of geocache coordinates at about 10:00 a.m.

"Find it...  in Medina County" is a geotrail consisting of 25 geocaches hidden throughout the area.

Visit various locations in Medina County and find out what makes the area so unique and special.

Make sure you have your passport with you to record the code words found inside of each geocache.

Those who locate at least 18 of the geocaches in the series and present their completed passport at one of our redemption sites will receive a fabulous trackable geocoin as a memento of the fun that they have had exploring the area.  (Limited to the first 250--  one per caching name).

And as an added bonus, there will be an extra surprise for those that find
at least 22 geocaches in the series!

A couple of important notes about this event:
 Wolf Creek is a wildlife sanctuary, and pets are not permitted.

Also, the facility and grounds close at 5:00.  If you are meeting friends here and are carpooling while out geocaching, please make sure your car is not left at Wolf Creek after 5:00 p.m.!!!
 Gate is locked promptly at 5:00.
