For everyone in need of a cache placed on Leap Day. I figured the cross streets of Second Avenue and Twenty Ninth Street was so fitting for a cache. I have also included in reviewer notes to publish at 2:29 for effect. You can find this cache any day of the year to satisfy your date placed cache grid. Hope you enjoy looking for it and thank you for comments.
Careful of muggle activity across the street. Easy P&G with the clue but stay stealthy. Enjoy the windmill. There is no public access to the windmill itself but you get a good view from near GZ. Magnetic Nano, BYOP.
