Ethiopia is known for its coffee ceremony. In the city it is also usual to drink a cup with a friend somewhere in a cafe. Yes, we know about Kaldis and Tomoca. Their coffees are great. But for the best coffee, follow the locals! One of my loveliest coffee experiences ever was with Meseret and Tigist serving the black gold in their little stall. I hope your caching is as nice!
Go local for this cache. Easy access just off Bole road - any minibus/ taxi will drop you off at Bole Rwanda. Availability is best during Ehtiopian business hours. Not accessible on Sundays and holidays.
Drinking coffee is not obligatory at all. Just find Mesy's stall and ask the owner for the Geocache box.
However, Ethiopians value relationships. Why else take time for a carefully brewed cup? So do have a chat with the people sitting here while you are around. Express your interest in the country and its peoples, and enjoy!
