Geocache Description:

Coming to this cache will put you in view of one of the many of Washington State salmon hatcheries. 

That's where the fish are! There is obvious parking nearby and also easy wheelchair access. Also camping available up the road at Potlatch State park. This is a log only cache but I have included a small writing instrument in case you forget to bring one.
