What: A flash event to celebrate Leap Day 2016
When: 9:30-10:00am on Monday 29th February 2016
Why: You will earn a geocaching souvenir
Where: On Wood Street village green - at the Frog Grove Lane end
The 29th of February is "Leap Day" and only occurs once every four years. If you haven't yet found a cache on this day and you miss this opportunity, then you'll have to wait until 2020 for your next chance.
This is only a flash event as I will expect everybody will have plans to find other caches throughout the day.
There will be a log book to sign and you will have an opportunity to swap trackables. While you are waiting you might like to play "leap frog" on the green.
I will take some photos of the event so try to bring along something on the theme of "leaping" (e.g a toy frog, a kangaroo, a leaping Lord etc).
There should be plenty of space to park around the village green.
