NWPA Smiley #1 Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

jswtc: If one were to read the description they would have noticed that it is OK (and encouraged) to replace the cache if you made an honest effort to find it and came up empty. Apparently this burden is too much for some and is easier to just log a DNF. Enough said.
