This cache holds paper and crayons so that you can start here and follow the trail westwards along the coast towards Silverknowes, brass rubbing as you go.
Possibly best to do this on a dry day. Ideally not windy!
The first brass rubbing depicts lots and lots of fish in the Forth, perhaps beyond.
http://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/info/20179/park_activities_and_events/98/brass_rubbings_trail
has a page that gives a little information, but it appears to be a little out of date - although it has recently sadly become a little more accurate.
One or two of the cache hides are not in particularly salubrious locations (but not awful!), but the primary idea of this series is to bring you to the brass rubbing.
If you are wanting to bring something to swap in these containers, crayons could be ideal!
I originally did this walk in April 2015. By September 2015 I got round to placing the boxes. My GPS gave my readings of all the plaques as either 0 or 1 metres. You may be able to use this information to callibrate your search.
