This is a Church Micro which starts at Bluntisham Baptist church.
Bluntisham Baptist Church began in the 1780s when a local farmer, Coxe Feary, grew dissatisfied with the preaching and general conduct of the people at the local parish church. Having purchased a book of sermons by George Whitefield he shared them with some of the villagers. The villagers were so impressed that they kept inviting him to their homes to share more sermons, however he kept having to move to larger houses due to the number of attendees, until a local barn was provided as a permanent meeting building. Some years later this was replaced with the purpose built building that can be found on the site now.
Alongside the church building is the church hall, this was originally a victorian village hall but was extensively refurbished and extended in 2010 to provide modern toilets, kitchen and space for sunday school and other clubs.
