This cache is accessible 24 hours, but the park closes in the late evening, 9 pm or 10 pm. The park is more pleasant during the day so I would suggest going then, to enjoy the gardens. There is a farmer's market on Saturdays and a playground nearby.
In this park there is a bench dedicated to my dear friend, John, who died 15 years ago.
The park also contains the memorial to the beautiful actress/writer/director Adrienne Shelly.
