Quatre événements en un, vous y croyez ? C'est pourtant ce que nous, diana8 et Infra-Blue, vous proposons ! La formule est simple à retenir : (1 départ + 1000 trouvailles) x 2 geocacheurs = 1 event ! Explications :
Four events in one, can you believe it ? That's what we, diana8 and Infra-Blue, are doing. The formula is simple : (1 departure + 1000 finds) x 2 geocachers = 1 event ! Here are more details :
Le grand départ / The great departure
Pour certains, septembre sonne l'heure de la fin des vacances, de la rentrée des classes et de la reprise du boulot. Pour d'autres, c'est l'heure du départ, des valises, et des adieux. Pour diana8, retour vers l'Australie après un long moment passé en France. Pour Infra-Blue, c'est départ à Stuttgart après 2 ans d'études en région parisienne. C'est donc à l'occasion de nos départs respectifs que nous souhaitons remercier les géocacheurs de la région pour leur sympathie et leur accueil autour d'un bon verre. L'un comme l'autre, nous avons pu faire de belles rencontres et nouer de belles amitiés que nous n'oublieront pas. Mais ce n'est pas tout ! Le départ n'est pas notre seul point commun...
For some, september is the end of the summer holidays, the begining of school and the resumption of work.For others, that's the moment to leave the city, to make the suitcases and saying goodbye to friends. Diana8 is going back to Australia after a long moment in France. Infra-Blue is leaving Paris for Stuttgart after 2 years of studies. So, this is the opportunity to gather our (geocaching) friends and to thank them for their warm welcome and the good moments we had with them. Each of us had the chance to met good friends through geocaching that we will not forgot. Even if this is the mai reason, this is not the only one to make an event.
Les 1000 trouvailles / The 1000 finds
C'est un si grand chiffre pour nous, et un si petit comparé à certains. Lorsque nous avons eu l'idée de faire cet événement, nous nous sommes donné comme défi d'atteindre 1000 caches trouvées au minimum le jour de l'event. Va-t-on vraiment réussir notre pari et faire de cet event notre 1000ème (ou plus) log ? Vous aurez la réponse le jour J en venant à l'event :)
A high number for us, and a small looking at others. When we both decided to hold this event, we had the idea to make it our 1000th log or more. Are we going to succeed ? Come at the event, have a drink with us and you will know :)
Geocaching Road Trip 2015
Pour celles et ceux qui n'auraient pas encore eu l'occasion d'obtenir le souvenir Groundspeak "Meet your geocaching crew" en participant à un event, il sera encore temps de l'obtenir en participant à celui-ci. Ce qui nous fait tout de même 3 bonnes occasions de venir !
For those of you that couldn't attend an event for the geocaching souvenir "Meet your geocaching crew", it is not too late. By attending the event, you will have the souvenir on your account. That's the 3rd good reason to come !
En résumé / To sum up
- Rendez-vous au bar La Paillote à 18:30 jusque 19:30 (heure minimum de fin de l'event qui pourra durer bien plus longtemps).
- Nous allons y boire un verre, les consommations sont donc au gré de chacun. Si des aventuriers sont désireux d'aller manger un morceau à l'issue de l'event, nous vous proposerons peut-être un endroit ou aller.
- Débutants, confirmés, touristes de passage, tout le monde est bienvenu ! L'event n'est pas réservé à nos seules connaissances au contraire. Même si l'on ne s'est jamais vus avant, il n'est jamais trop tard pour faire connaissance.
- Même si l'event a lieu dans un bar, il n'y a pas de limite de place. Le bar étant en bordure de Seine et ayant une terrasse, il est facile de trouver de la place debout pour plein de monde ! Néanmoins, si vous pouvez préciser le nombre de personnes qui sera là le jour J, l'organisation ne s'en portera que mieux, merci par avance.
- Venez avec votre bonne humeur et nous serons heureux de papoter une toute dernière fois avec vous.
- Rendez-vous at La Paillote bar by 6:30PM until 7:30PM (minimum hour for the end of the event that will maybe last longer).
- We're going to have a drink, everybody is responsible of its beverages at the bar. If some of you want to eat at the end of the event, we will see to find a place.
- Beginners, "pro", tourists, everybody is welcome ! The event is not only for geocachers we know. Even if we never met before, that's not too late to have a talk.
- Event if the event will be held in a bar, there is no capacity limit. The bar is on the banks of the Seine and have a terrace that allow a lot of people to come event if there is no more seats. However, we'd like to know how many of you are coming so if you can, add the number of persons in your will attend.
- Come with your smile and we will be really happy to have a talk with you for the last time.
