Geocache Description:

TXGA's Lone Star Roundup 2015

TXGA's Fourth Annual Fall Event

Event Location: Kerrville-Schreiner Park

Campground Entry Fee: There is an entry fee to the park & is not a State Park.

Event Dates: Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

More details to follow, there is camping availble at the park, please make sure you reserve your spot early!  There are plenty of hotel rooms in Kerrville.

Event Schedule


Friday
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM TXGA LSRU Friday night M & G ( GC62EG5 )
Saturday
9:30 AM - Noon Geocaching Family Field Day Events – There will be several fun events for the whole family such as:
  • Geo Poker
  • Guess amount of Containers in the bag
  • Closest to the Pin
  • And More....

Tickets will be given for each participant for each event completed. There will be a drawing for a chance at door prizes.

Container Swap!

Make up cache containers to swap with other cachers!

For each container brought, you will be given a ticket, then when the cache "store" opens you can trade your ticket for any container there of like size, details will be there at the location. (including your own if you don't like what else is there)
Noon - 2:00 PM Chat, take it easy, hang out at campsites, got to town for some lunch, some games will still be going!
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM Announcements/Door Prizes/Roundup Wrap up
