L'église Notre-Dame d'Izel-Vor (également dénommée Notre-Dame de basse-mer) est l'église paroissiale de La Forêt-Fouesnant du département du Finistère.
Cette église construite en grande partie durant la premiére moitié du XVIe siècle est dédiée à "Notre-Dame d'Izel-Vor" ("Notre-Dame de basse-mer").
Elle est d'un style gothique typique à la Cornouaille. On retrouve les dates sculptées sur les murs : 1538 sous le porche, 1628 au-dessus du baptistère.
L'intérieur de l'église est remarquable par la richesse de son mobilier : les fonts baptismaux en granite et bois, le tableau du Rosaire, le maître-autel et son retable, qui sont du XVIIe siècle.
 Des statues polychromes de saints locaux viennent compléter le décor.
Son calvaire du XVe siècle faisait office de chaire à prêcher les jours de grosse affluence; ce qui suppose que le parvis était alors beaucoup plus étendu qu'aujourd'hui.
Ce monument fait l’objet d’un classement au titre des monuments historiques depuis 1914.

The church dedicaded to and named after Notre-Dame of Izel Vor (also named our Lady of the Low tide) is the parochial church
of La Forêt-Fouesnant ( Finistère).It was built for the most part during the first half of 16th century.
 Its gothic style is typical of French Cornouaille. Dates are sculpted on the walls: 1538 under the porch and 1628 above the baptistery.
The interior of the church is noted for the richness of ils furniture: the baptismal font of granite and wood, the picture of the rosary, the main altar and
its altar-piece (both 17th century).
Various polychrome statues of local saints contribute to the beauty of the scene.
The 15th century calvary was used to preach from when the church was overcrowded,
which would imply that church square used to be much larger than it is today.
This church was declared a National Heritage Monument in 1914.
