Note to those new to Geocaching Puzzles: Geocaching Puzzles require you to determine the cache's coordinates somehow by decoding, finding, calculating, etc. the numbers using the information on the cache page. Keep in mind that just like the original version of this cache, there can be some sneaky puddles right at GZ, depending on the recent weather.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
