It's been over a year since the last time I contacted you and there has been no response toward the needed maintenance. Due to the lack of response I have no choice but to archive the cache. Under direction from HQ any caches that are archived due to maintenance issues will not be unarchived. So if you wish to keep this cache going in it's present or other location, you will have to submit a new listing for review. The story below will lead you to the final coordinates.

Jake frowned as he peered at the scribbles in the candlelight.

"Are you sure this is even a real spell?"

"'Course it is! I wrote it, didn't I?"

Nick snatched the scrap of paper back from Jake and huffed to himself. "Whaddayou know about Finding Spells, anyway?" he muttered. He paused as footsteps sounded in the hallway outside the broom closet door, then faded away off into the distance. "Now let's just do this, before someone realizes we aren't in class." Smirking, he added, "Unless, of course, you're chickening out now..."

"Don't be a dummy," Jake shot back. His fingers dug underneath the brim of his pointed apprentice cap as he scratched his head nervously. "If there's treasure out there, I want some of it too."

"All right then!" Nick brought the stub of candle closer to the paper, then intoned in a low voice:

Effluvium
coalescent
scornfully
revivify
infringible!

Pyrolyze
knaveries
buchnerite
bulbiferous
vignettes!

A small point of blue light appeared in the air between the boys. It hovered for a moment, wavered a bit to the left, bobbed a bit to the right, then exploded in a shower of sparks. Startled, Jake jumped back, putting one foot in a mop bucket and knocking the janitor's push broom to the floor.

"You ninny!" Nick hissed. The boys could hear footsteps echoing once more on the stone floor outside.

"It's your fault," Jake said as he pulled his foot from the bucket. "You always try to sound smarter than you are! Your spells are way too complicated!" He yanked open the door and darted outside, Nick following close behind.
