Starków to malownicza wieś w gminie Kłodzko, położona na Wysoczyźnie Łomnicy. Wzmiankowana w 1315 r., od 1350 r. własność augustianów z Kłodzka, powstało wtedy również dziedziczne sołectwo. W 1597 r. majątek przejęli jezuici, którzy odkupili wolne sołectwo w 1602 r. Po kasacie zakonu wieś przejął hr. von Schlegenberg, w 1828 r. tutejszy majątek sprzedała pani von Biberstein.

Starków je malebná vesnice ležící v gmině Kladsko v oblasti Wysoczyzny Łomnicy (Lomnická vrchovina). Uváděná již v r. 1315, od r. 1350 je vlastnictvím augustiniánů z Kladska, tehdy také vzniklo dědičné starostenství. V r. 1597 majetek převzali jezuité, kteří svobodné starostenství odkoupili v r. 1602. Po zrušení řádu vesnici přejal hrabě von Schlegenberg, v roce 1828 zdejší majetek prodala paní von Biberstein. V r. 1908 byl ve Starkowě založen spolek zimních sportů, jako jeden z prvních v Sudetech.
Vesnicí vede cyklostezka.
Starków is a beautiful village located in the Łomnica Upland in the Kłodzko commune. First mentioned in 1315, it became the property of the Augustinians from Kłodzko in 1350. It was at that time that hereditary village administration was also established. In 1597, the estate was taken over by the Jesuits who purchased the free village in 1602. Following the dissolution of the religious order, the village was owned by count von Schlegenberg, and then, in 1828, the local estate was sold by Mrs. von Biberstein. In 1908, a winter sports association was established in Starków, one of the first of its kind in the Sudetes.
The village features a cycling trail.
