Pomereau fait partie de la commune de Saint-Hilaire-sous-Romilly.

Chapelle brûlée au 16e siècle, dévastée en 1814,

elle fut relevée en 1900 mais resta inachevée et abandonnée en 1924

Simple édifice à vaisseau unique sans partition interne.

Attention, une ciste se trouve à proximité de la géocache.
