There are a number of tasks involved, but one of the main ones will be to help move gravel into the wood. We will be working alongide the Friends of Sharphill Woods. Anybody is welcome to come and join in (although under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult and 16 and 17 year olds need parental consent). There will be other lighter tasks such as litter picking.
The Friends of Sharphill Woods will have a supply of gloves, wheelbarrows and shovels, but it would be good if people could bring any other such tools they may have.
There should be parking available at the Wheatcroft Business Park (included as a waypoint) and can join the work party in the wood from there if more convenient.
It would be great if you could also bring some cake and we will share cake and have a natter at the end.
