This 12 stage puzzle cache will take you to various sites around Indianapolis and I thought the first couple stanzas of one of my favorite Dr. Seuss books was quite appropriate. You need to use your brains to first figure out WHERE to go, and then use your feet to get there and then your brains once again to figure out what you specifically need (in this case, TWO numbers at each location to plug into two "formulas" listed below). There is no order you will need to go in, allowing you to "...steer yourself any direction you choose." Once you figure out where to go, use the second portion of the location clue to home in on the specific spot at that location.
Knowledge of the city of Indianapolis would be helpful, but not required as each location should be able to be identified at home via some research and thinking cap work on your end. Some will be easy while others will require some work, which is always the case for almost ANY puzzle, regardless of how easy the creator thinks it is. Some locations are NOT available 24/7, some are 24/7, and only one requires an admission fee, but only at certain times of the year. The rest of the time, it will be free to all. There is NO need to go inside any of the locations you might be visiting.
For ALL locations below, X will ALWAYS represent a number you will see at the specified location. Any numbers you see listed below, you'll need to puzzle out on your own.
