Soms heb je ergens een vaag idee voor, voor een project, maar lukt het maar niet om te starten. Door eerst na te denken wat je wil met het project, en die eerste stap concreet te omschrijven is het begin gelegd. Hoe pak je dit aan, hoe zorg je dat je het voor elkaar krijgt?
Er is al veel gefilosofeerd en nagedacht over dit onderwerp. Het begint met verzamelen: verzamel alle informatie die je nodig hebt, en zorg dat hier een goed systeem in zit. Het begint uiteraard met een goed idee. Maar ook de plek waar je de cache gaat plaatsen is van belang. Als je dit heb bepaalt, is het tijd om alle gegevens te verwerken. Let op dat je niet alles door elkaar heen doet. Maak onderscheid in dingen waar wel, en dingen waar geen actie voor nodig is. Zorg dat je alles verwerk.
Wat daarna volgt is organiseren. Verdeel de acties die je bepaalt hebt, en maak daar een lijstje van. Zo was het kopen van materiaal in dit geval niet nodig, want er waren nog genoeg grondstoffen die de juiste ingrediënten vormden voor de cache. Maak ook goed onderscheid in dingen die direct moeten, en dingen die nog kunnen wachten. Bekijk gaandeweg of alles gaat zoals je gepland hebt, en stuur zo nodig bij. Het kan zijn dat je een actie over het hoofd hebt gezien. Werk ze dan ook een voor een af om dit te voorkomen.
Het meest belangrijke is het daadwerkelijk doen. Het is niets waard als je niet alle tijd besteed aan de organisatie, om het goed voor elkaar te krijgen en het idee te laten slagen.

That's why it is important to do the things one by one, to prevent that.
The most important is to actually do it. It is worth nothing if you do not spend enough time on the organization. Make sure you get it done to make the idea to a success.
