Jerzens ist eine Gemeinde mit 1033 Einwohnern (Stand 1. Jänner 2014) im Bezirk Imst, Tirol. Jerzens liegt im vorderen Pitztal an der Ostseite in Süd-West-Hanglage. Zur Gemeinde gehören noch Weiler beiderseits der Pitze in Tallage, wie Ritzenried und Wiesle. Unterhalb des Haufendorfs Jerzens erstreckt sich in sonniger und windgeschützter Lage das höchstgelegene Maisanbaugebiet in Nordtirol. (Quelle: Wikipedia.de)
