This is a nice old school park. They hold civil war reenactments here in the summer, community BBQs, Canada Day celebrations, etc. This is a great place to stop for a break during your geocaching day. Let the kids and dogs burn off some energy, have a picnic or just sit quietly by the stream with your thoughts.
This park is a flood plain so in times of great rains or melts the field will become ponded. There is a bridge in line between the parking coords posted and the cache location. Please do NOT park on the main road as it is very busy and is frequented by many trucks and farm vehicles all year long and this will prove to be dangerous for you and others. Have fun.
