Travelbug, or "Personal Signature Item"?

For some reason, even after three years of geocaching, I still frequently refer to "geocoins" as "travelbugs" and vice versa when I am talking about them. I always get them confused. I mean not all travelbugs are geocoins, and it's only the trackable geocoins that are travelbugs. I think. I also found out recently that other collectible items often found in caches (that I have been calling something else for years) are now correctly referred to as "personal signature items'. Which confuses me even more. But it inspired me to create a mystery cache where either would suffice to solve.

So how do you solve the mystery and divine the coordinates for the actual cache?

Travelbugs have been released in the Miami Valley area, each displaying one of two images containing a portion of a puzzle. You will need the infomation from BOTH images in order to solve the puzzle and find the final location. There are multiple travelbugs which are simply copies of each puzzle piece, and their last-known locations can be found by clicking one of the links below. This will take you to the travelbug page for that TB to reveal the last updated location. If it is listed as being in a cache, you must then get to that location before someone else finds it and moves it. Between the information found on the images and on this description page, you will now have enough information to go find the cache!!

UPDATE 23 Sep 2017:  All of the TBs have now gone "off the grid", so here is a photo of the PSI which has everything you need to solve the puzzle below

The last necessary component of the puzzle is the image below. You must now find a way to connect these three puzzle components together and find the correct coordinates. Good luck!
