[fin:] Kätkön läheisyydessä yhtyy Jäälinoja Kalimenojaan, samoin voit kätkön lähettyviltä havaita sillan päätyrakenteet. Tämä tie ja silta lienevät jääneet pois käytöstä nykyisen Kuusamontien valmistuttua 1950- ja 1960-luvuilla. Palautathan kätkön mahdollisimman tarkoin löytökohtaan. [eng:] Two small streams called Kalimenoja and Jäälinoja are joined together in the vicinity of this cache. You can also observe remains of the bridge in the surroundings of this cache. Bridge, and the road related with it, were obviously abandoned in the 1950's or at the latest 1960's, when the present road of Kuusamo was built. In the vicinity of this cache has previously been a cache called " Kuusamontien vanhoja linjauksia" ("Old lines of road to Kuusamo", in english), and you can read (in finnish) more of the road history in the description of this cache: http://coord.info/GC4ZAY4 The container is micro-sized, so no room for travellers here; only a logsheet and short pencil fit here. Please return the container to the exactly same location in which you found it.
