Come tutti sanno, ci sono normalmente quattro ponti sul Canal Grande di Venezia. Nel mese di novembre però potrete trovarne un quinto provvisorio, il Ponte della Salute. Esso viene posizionato attorno al 21 novembre. In questo giorno, i veneziani ringraziano la Vergine Maria per averli salvati dall’epidemia di peste del1630-1638, con un pellegrinaggio che ha come meta la basilica di Santa Maria della Salute.

Questo ponte ha però una caratteristica speciale: ci sono due guardie che lo controllano, una che fa il turno di giorno e una il turno di notte. Entrambi utilizzano codici diversi per stabilire se potete passare. Il comune di Venezia ha però dimenticato di dirvi il codice, dovrete scoprirlo da soli. Come? Andate al ponte a mezzogiorno e a mezzanotte per ascoltare quello che i veneziani e le guardie si dicono. Tutti i veneziani che osserverete possono attraversare il ponte. Le guardie parlano solo italiano.

Per ottenere le coordinate del cache, è necessario capire entrambi gli algoritmi. Con l’algoritmo del giorno otterrete le coordinate Nord, mentre con quello della notte le coordinate Est

Le coordinate risultanti vi condurranno in uno dei luoghi di Venezia con più muggle. Si prega di cercare il cache con discrezione (modalità stealth) e prenderlo solo quando l’avrete individuato. La valutazione della difficoltà non si basa solo sull'enigma, ma soprattutto sulla ricerca del cache, firmando il logbook, senza compromettere il nascondiglio.

As everybody knows, there are normally four bridges over the Canale Grande of Venice. In November, you can find an additional one - the Ponte della Salute (Salute bridge) is set up around November 21st. On this day, Venetians thank the Vergin Mary for saving from the plague epidemic in 1630-38 with a pilgrimage to Santa Maria della Salute.

There is a special thing about this bridge: There two guards on it - one having the day shift and one for the night shift. Both use different codes to decide whether they will let you pass. As the municipality forgot to tell you the code, you have to find it out on your own. For this, you quickly learn Italian (as the guards won't accept any other language) and you go to the bridge at midnight and at noon and listen to what the Venetians and the guards say. All Venetians you observe may pass.

To compose the coordinates of the cache, you need to understand both algorithms. Using the algorithmm of the day shift you compose the northern coordinates, the other one is needed for the eastern coordinates.

The resulting coordinates will lead you to one of the muggliest places of Venice. Please look for the cache in stealth mode and only grab for it when you have seen it. The rating for D is not only for solving the riddle, but above all for finding the cache and signing the logbook without being compromised.

Jedermann weiß, dass es normalerweise nur vier Brücken über den Canale Grande in Venedig gibt. Im November jedoch kann man eine fünfte Brücke dort finden - die Ponte della Salute (Brücke der Gesundung) wird in der Zeit um den 21. November errichtet. An diesem Tage danken die Venezianer der Jungfrau Maria für die Rettung vor der Pest in den Jahren 1630-38 mit einer Pilgerwanderung zur Kirche Santa Maria della Salute.

Es gibt eine Besonderheit bei dieser Brücke: Sie wird von zwei Wächtern bewacht - einer während des Tages, der andere während der Nachtstunden. Beide nutzen unterschiedliche Codes, um entscheiden zu können, ob ein Passant die Brücke überqueren darf. Leider hat die Stadtverwaltung vergessen, dir diesen Code mitzuteilen, so dass du ihn auf eigene Faust herausfinden musst. Um die Koordinaten des Caches zu ermitteln, musst du beide Algorithmen verstehen. Mit Hilfe des Algorithmus der Tagschicht ermittelst du die Nordkoordinaten, der andere wird für die Ostkoordinaten benötigt.

Die Koordinaten werden dich zu einem der vermuggeltsten Plätze Venedigs führen. Bitte suche nach der Dose in bester Geheimagentenmanier und greife erst dann nach ihr, wenn du sie gesehen hast. Die D-Wertung ist nicht nur ein Hinweis für die Schwierigkeit beim Lösen des Rätsels, sondern vor allem auch für die Suche nach der Dose und für das unbeobachtete Signieren des Logbuchs.
