You are looking for a bison tube hidden near the southeast corner of Pacific and Ervay. To help you find it, just look for a sign. This one is in a very high muggle area so you will need all of your Geo-ninja stealth skills to find and replace this one without being observed. IT IS NOT IN THE SPRINKLER, don't go there!
