At 11:00 the event is officially over, but that is when the fun really begins. Meet at the given (parking) coordinates at 10:45. This event will be held regardless of the weather. I'm rating this event a 1/1 because all you officially have to do is sign the log book at the trailhead.
At 11:00 those interested can take a loop hike up on the mesa. Bring water, and warm clothes. This would be a good hike for the kids and dogs.
Be prepared for slick/icy trails or whatever mother nature throws at us
