Fr : Au pied du Puy de la Vache, ce site est riche d’un point de vue géologique par la diversité des produits tant au niveau granulométrie tant au niveau des formes.
Ce site permet de comprendre le fonctionnement d’un volcan de type effusif et la répartition des projections.
Fr : Les projections de lave sont de deux types de couleur, le rouge et le noir.
Cette earthcache va vous permettre de découvrir l’explication des différentes couleurs de scories visibles.
Pour valider votre découverte vous devrez répondre aux questions suivantes :
a- les scories de couleur rouge se retrouvent se retrouvent sur quel faciès ?
b- les scories de couleur noire se retrouvent se retrouvent sur quel faciès ?
c- quelle est la température limite permettant les oxydations de la roche en rouge ?
d- En quelle année s’est arrêtée l’exploitation du site ?
e- (option) Transmettre une photo de vous ou de votre GPS devant le site

At the foot of the Puy de la Vache, this site has a rich geological point of view the variety of products both in size both in terms of forms.
This site allows you to understand the workings of a volcano effusive type and distribution of projections. Projections of lava are two color, red and black.
Earthcache This will allow you to discover the explanation of the different colors of visible slag.
To validate your discovery you must answer the following questions:
a- slag red are found which can be found on facies?
b- black slag can be found can be found on any facies?
c- what is the limit temperature for the oxidation of the red rock?
d- What year stopped the exploitation of the site?
e- (optional) Send a picture of yourself or your GPS in front of the site
