CAPELA DA REFERTA
Já considerada como edifício histórico do Porto da Cruz, a Capela da Referta e o seu Solar encontram-se num pequeno sítio da freguesia do Porto da Cruz chamado Referta.
O Solar e Capela da Referta foram construídos entre 1710 e 1713 pelo Capitão Manuel Moniz Teles de Meneses. Em 1770, o Solar e Capela sofreram obras, ficando esta data gravada no alto da empena da Capela.
Pelo ano de 2000, a Capela e Solar foram entregues à diocese do Funchal, altura em que a Capela passou a ter a evocação de Nossa Senhora do Socorro.
No sítio da Referta existe um pequeno arraial no primeiro fim de semana de Outubro. Nesta altura, a Referta enche-se de pessoas do sítio e arredores, bem como de outras pessoas de diferentes localidades da Madeira que conhecem este pequeno arraial.

Already regarded as a historical building in Porto da Cruz, the Chapel of Referta and your Solar located in small local, in the village of Porto da Cruz, which name is Referta.
The Solar and Chapel Referta were built between 1710 and 1713 by captain Manuel Moniz Teles de Meneses. In 1770, the Solar and the Chapel suffered works, getting this date engraved at the top of the gable of the chapel.
By 2000, the Chapel and Solar were delivered to the local religious council of Funchal, at the Chapel now has the evocation of Nossa Senhora do Socorro.
On the Referta take place a small popular festivity on the first weekend of October. On this event, the Referta filled with local people and visitor of near places, as well as others from different localities of Madeira who know this small popular festivity.
