Some locals come here once in a while. Most of them not voluntarily but to pick up their car which has been hauled off. Here's an opportunity to combine an unpleasant task with something pleasant.

If there are too many muggles a fotolog is sufficient. The same applies if the container is missing again. It has just been substituted for the third time. Thus a picture would be sufficient.
