Latvijā aizvien populārākas kļūst divas sporta disciplīnas - bikejorings (kad suns velk MTB riteņbraucēju) un canicross (kad suns velk skrējēju), un tās abas apzīmē zem vārda "RaceDog". Šajā vietā var novērot divas ļoti atšķirīgas lietas - pilnīgu klusumu, ļoti tuvu Rīgai, kurā var dzirdēt putnu dziesmas, vai arī ļoti skaļas suņu rejas, kas kāro izskriet kārtējo treniņu.
Pirms kāda laika no Eiropas čempionāta Francijā, ar uzvaru ir atgriezies Latvijas izlases sportists Raimonds Kleinbergs, kurš šajā sporta disciplīnā kopā ar eirodoga sķirnes suni James Hetfield atveda Latvijai zelta medaļu (sacensības notika 2014. gada no 28. līdz 30. novembrim, Lamotte-Beuvron pilsētā, Francijā).

ENG: Somebody can thinking, why here, in middle of the forest, hide a geocache? But in this very overgrown trail, are somethimes running dogs witch indeed are very fast. Their job is to pull athletes.
There are two disciplines witch are gaining population in Latvia fast – ”Bikejoring” (when the dog is pulling an MTB cyclist) and “Canicross” (when the dog is pulling a running athlete) and they both are designated under the name "RaceDog".
There are two types of moments in these woods one is “silence… complete silence, wind snoozing upon the trees, bird singing in the far…” an then there is the other one “loud, extreme, hauling dogs that are beging to run and once they do it’s a such a view when a specialy trained dog is pulling an athlete at very high speeds…”.
Just out of the European Championship in France, with victory has returned Latvian national team athlete Raimonds Kleinbergs, who in bikejoring discipline, together with eirodog (absolutely new dog breed, specialy for this sport) ‘James Hetfield’ to Latvia brought a gold medal (European Championship was held from 28 to 30 November 2014, Lamotte-Beuvron city France).
