Summary
The case of the missing Treasurer. (See just above my usual cache notes towards the bottom for this series overview!)

Description
Hello, I'm detective George Earnest-Oscar Cacheton. I'm part of a worldwide organization dedicated to getting people out in the fresh air, finding different hidden "gems" and having fun. Recently our treasurer W.E.R. Broke disappeared suddenly from our HQ here in Winnipeg. We suspect he's been abducted by a disillusioned muggle and need your help to get him back. We suspect Mr Broke may have known his abductor and gotten their exact destination out of him/her before they left the building as my team and I managed to gather various clues from HQ and the surrounding areas including a mysterious note that had blown into the bushes. We need your assistance in deciphering the clues and finding exactly where the fiendish thief has taken our dear friend and Treasurer W.E.R Broke..

We were able to obtain satellite images of the HQ and surrounding areas around the time of the abduction and with some tire tracks found think we have identified the vehicle the abductor was driving as a blue mid-sized car of some sort (we're waiting on tire tread analysis to determine the model of car). Rather generic car clue but it did allow us to narrow down a search area based on surveillance videos from traffic cams, ATMs and car dash cams (thanks Joe!!). The search area has been narrowed down to N 49 AA.BCD and W 097 0E.FGH. Okay fine, the cameras and video footage didn't narrow down the search area a whole lot but we are pretty sure he's at least with-in 30 minutes of Winnipeg and nearly positive he's held in Manitoba somewhere! Can you keep a secret? Truth be told, this is my first case since I was hired and instead of the expected missing containers, tradable items being taken/not traded, or damp log case, I get this doozy. I could really use your help with figuring out these clues!!

We suspect the clues will lead us right to our treasurer. The first clue left behind was on the underside edge of Mr. Broke's desk. It appears as though he carved what we believe is the number 3 into the wood. Not sure where this number fits into our missing location (if it belongs at all) but I am guessing it will be the missing digit as we only acquired 7 significant clues at the crime scene, through investigations and from tips.

Thanks for taking on this case with me, the clues can all be found in the following caches:
GC5AC4R - "The Note"
GC5AG4N - "Finger Prints" H=5
GC5AG41 - "Tire Tracks"
GC5C6BQ - "DNA F=1"
GC5CPHQ - "Crime Scene B=4"
GC5AG4Z - "Secret Email C=9"
GC5CJGW - "Ransom Demand G=4"

CSI Case of the Missing Treasurer Overview
A few notes about this series...
All but one of the caches in this series will be a puzzle and the multi is a field puzzle of sorts. My original goal for this puzzle series was to keep the puzzles at a difficulty of 3 or less. A couple of the caches I feel sneaked up to a 3.5 or 4 due to the probable time they will take to solve. The hide for this main puzzle itself is probably a 2.5-3 so with all the extra work needed to solve the related puzzles to find this one, I've rated this main case puzzle a 5.

It has taken nearly two months of lunch hours and many trips at night to find locations and create the puzzles in this series. I've tried to capture the essence of a TV investigation in the series so hopefully you will have lots of fun solving the puzzles and making your way to this final find! Have fun and if you get stuck on a particular puzzle, email me with what you've tried up to that point and I'll give you a nudge or two.

Two important points!!! You should never find yourself on private property for any part of this series. If you do, you're taking the wrong approach.
Lastly, PLEASE leave W.E.R. Broke in the cache container. He is NOT a tradable. Really don't want him going missing for real.

To preserve the caching experience, please replace the hide as found. Coordinates are an average of multiple attempts and fine tuned with google maps.

What's with the bracket stuff in the title you may be wondering?
It's simply my personal identifier. The last letter (or sometimes only letter) refers to the hide itself and choices will be:
Traditional style of hide - typically the hide should be a typical container hidden in a "typical" caching way
Kid friendly hide - child reachable, findable and room for tradeables. Aimed at the little cachers.
and Evil style of hide - Something about it that makes me rub my hands together maniacally in anticipation. Perhaps more unique camo, different hiding technique, lots of options at GZ...

If there is two letters together, the first will refer to the style of cache. Puzzle, Multi, Earth, Letterbox etc.

The number after the dash simply is the number of hides in that series for me. Don't expect this number to get too big.

Congratulations to the following cachers:
FTF (met all requirements): ruylopez
FTS (sign the log): ruylopez
FTL (log electronically): ruylopez
