The Sultan Abdul Ahmad Shah Building.
The cache brings you to Sultan Abdul Samad building where it houses the federal court, the appeals court and the high court before the year 2000. The building is located in front of the Dataran Merdeka (Merdeka Square). The structure takes the name of Sultan Abdul Samad who was the reigning Sultan of Selangor at the time of construction. Every year, in the morning of Malaysia's Independence Day (31 August) and Malaysia Day (16 September), thousands of spectators converge on the city to watch the colourful parade along the streets of the city and performances held at the Dataran Merdeka.
