7th Scout Law Mystery Cache

The Scout Law contains the rules which applies to Scouts all over the world who has promised to obey it when they enroll themselves as a Scout.

The Seventh Scout Law is "A Scout obeys orders of his parents, Patrol Leader, or Scoutmaster without question." This means that althought the Scout does not like the orders he gets, he must carry it out at once because it is his duty. After he has done it, he can then go and state any reasons against it.

The Sultan Abdul Ahmad Shah Building.

The cache brings you to Sultan Abdul Samad building where it houses the federal court, the appeals court and the high court before the year 2000. The building is located in front of the Dataran Merdeka (Merdeka Square). The structure takes the name of Sultan Abdul Samad who was the reigning Sultan of Selangor at the time of construction. Every year, in the morning of Malaysia's Independence Day (31 August) and Malaysia Day (16 September), thousands of spectators converge on the city to watch the colourful parade along the streets of the city and performances held at the Dataran Merdeka.
