Spāres muiža celta kā vienstāva mūra celtne ar augstu cokolstāvu un ļoti interesantām divu laidumu kāpnēm, kuru margās iekalta monogramma. Lietots ļoti bagātīgs fasāžu dekors: rusti, logu apdare un dzega. Vieni no pēdējiem īpašniekiem — Grothusi, kuri šeit dzīvoja līdz 1939. gadam. Kopš 1940. gada ēkā atrodas skola. Tiesa, 20. gadsimta 60. gados muižas centrālā ēka ievērojami pārbūvēta, kad telpas paplašinātas un pielāgotas plašākas skolas vajadzībām. Starp citu, Spārē darbojas viena no vecākajām novada skolām, kas rakstos minēta jau ap 1760. gadu.
2012. gada septembrī muižas ēka tiek nodota Spāres tautas nama pārziņā, un tiek veidota kā daudzfunkcionāls kultūras, sporta, tūrisma un sabiedriskais centrs.
Aiz parka, pašā Spāres ezera krastā, jau kopš barona laikiem bijusi vieta, kas kalpojusi kā atpūtas teritorija, vēlāk – kolhoza laikā, pārtapdama par brīvdabas estrādi. 2011. gadā estrādi atjauno un pašlaik tā ir lieliska vieta dažādiem pasākumiem un svētkiem.

At the building adjoins the unique park, which is one of the most beautiful estates in Kurzeme parks.
September 2012 manor house is transferred to the Rafters popular in charge of the house, and is designed as a multi-cultural, sports, tourism and community center.
Behind the park, the same Spare by the lake, since the Baron had ever a place that served as a recreation area, later - a collective farm during developed into of the amphitheater. In 2011, the stage is updated and now it is an ideal venue for events and celebrations.
