Did you also know that you can find out how many teaspoons of refined sugar are added to a drink by dividing the grams of sugar on the label by the number 4?
- For example: Read the label on the soda can. If the label says it has 40 grams of sugar you divide that by the number 4. The answer will be 10. That means that soda has 10 teaspoons of refined sugar added to it. That is a lot! Read the labels and remember Water is Best Forget the Rest.

¿Sabías que puedes saber cuántas cucharaditas de azúcar refinado se agregan a una bebida si divides los gramos de azúcar que dice la etiqueta por el número 4?
Por ejemplo: lee la etiqueta de una lata de refresco. Si la etiqueta dice que contiene 40 gramos de azúcar, tienes que dividir eso por el número 4. La respuesta será 10. Esto significa que el refresco tiene 10 cucharaditas de azúcar refinada agregadas. ¡Esto es un montón! Lee las etiquetas y recuerda que agua es lo mejor, ¡olvida el resto!
