La chapelle du Mont-Lambert a été inaugurée en 1873.Monsieur l’abbé de Préville y a fait bâtir cette chapelle, annexe de l’église de Saint-Martin-Boulogne, pour servir aux besoins religieux de la population qui comptait à l'époque une centaine d'ames.
A l’entrée, nous trouvons deux statues. Elles représentent la Vierge Marie et Joseph portant Jésus. De l’extérieur, le visiteur peut voir deux cloches. L’une d’elles a été fondue en 1820 pour l’église Saint-Joseph et a été achetée par l’Abbé de Roussel de Préville, à la fabrique de la cathédrale, pour orner cette chapelle. Elle porte l’inscription :
« L’an 1820, j’ai été baptisée Marie Thérèse Adelaïde par M. le Vicomte Butler de Gamoy, Chevalier de l’Ordre royal et militaire de Saint-Louis et Mme Carondelet, Comtesse de Bonco, M. Louis Mathon, Grand Doyen et Vicaire général de Mgr Louis de la Tour d’Auvergne ».
