Edit: The cache has been replaced with an ammo can. I would have archived it, since I am no longer active in the scene, but since it's one of the oldest caches in Calgary I decided otherwise. Please try to hide it well, I may not be able to replace it again. Thank you!
This cache was initiated to house Benny, the Border Bear [a traveler], for part of his stay in Calgary. He indicated a desire to see the prairies and some sandy beaches, so we found him one of the beaches, right in his own back yard.…for a little while at any rate. Please re-hide the cache carefully so that non-cachers will not see it. The area can be very busy on the weekends. Container is an ammo can with logbook, pencil, and some trade items. Good hunting, and enjoy! Please, please, please, rehide the cache where you found it and the way you found it. It should not be totally uncovered and in the open.
