Geocache Description:


Adelaide’s Western suburbs are blessed with great golf courses.
This Wherigo takes you to a number of them and you’ll even be allowed the experience of ‘playing a hole’.

Be careful with your club selection though as a wrong selection could have nasty consequences.

A couple of house rules:
 The Wherigo was tested on an i-phone, an android device and should also work on your Wherigo capable GPSr (thank you Mr. Tardis for testing this). Please provide feedback if you encounter any issues or see any errors (after all this is my first Wherigo).
Smart club selection and a bit of luck will see you complete your tasks swiftly, but you never know when disaster strikes. As such I expect the total Wherigo to take around one hour.
Distances are based on averages of your typical male weekend golfer playing of an 18 handicap (See graph). But, like with real golf, there is an element of randomness. Some shots will go straight, others result in an unplayable or worse, in a lost ball.

Each zone will only open up after you leave the last zone.
Optionally can you take a photo or screen dump of your last scorecard and add it to your log? Using these photos, I will create regular updates of our virtual golfing leader board. Feel free to play the game as many times as you like in order to improve your scorecard.
The Wherigo can be completed without leaving your car. Please park your car in a safe spot or even better, walk the last meters into each zone and enjoy the view from ‘over the fence’.
