Double the value

The key to this mystery is to find the smallest possible positive integer (=SPPI) (base 10), which can be doubled by moving the last (the rightmost) digit to the first position.
If the answer is something like ABCDEFG, then 2 x ABCDEFG should equal GABCDEF (the correct answer has more digits than this example).
The coordinates for the cache are:

where
X = 17th digit from the right end of SPPI
Y = 2nd digit from the left end of SPPI
Z = 7th digit from the left end of SPPI
U = 15th digit from the right end of SPPI
V = 4th digit from the left end of SPPI
W = 9th digit from the left end of SPPI
Bring your own pencil, there's no pencil in the cache.
