Yes, it's in the middle of Llyn y Foel. It was placed whilst I was up here with a group of friends for a day we named Sunny Day at Siabod. It was sunny for some of it so the name remains valid!
I'd taken my boat up to the small lake and whilst it's a bit of a walk, this is one way you might want to reach this cache. Another is a swim or paddling out from the side. I'm not sure how deep it is but rocks are on view from one approach so I'm guessing it's not too bad. Your choice of approach is your own, all will be fun! Please make sure the cache is pushed well back and firmly wedged in it's hiding place to keep it safe from other people who visit the island and also animals, as this is a remote spot for maintenance. This is a great place for chilling out as we did and enjoying this lovely bit of countryside, but do remember it's within the Snowdonia National Park so please show the area every respect.
