Geocache Description:

A previously archived cache was once near this location, we thought it was too beautiful of an area not to have a cache.

Cache is located in Piatt Park,a county park located 2 miles east of Woodsfield,OH off Ohio State Route 78. Follow the signs to park. Trail starts  behind camp site #11 (Sign for this sight is missing).Grab a bottle of water and enjoy the half mile walk to the Cache. No need to leave the trail or bushwack (Beginning of trail kinda looks like a washed out ravine but further down the hill the trail gets better).  When you get to the first wooden bench continue straight to a small wooden bridge. After crossing the small bridge and the creek bed continue straight on the trail until you come to a fork, you can either bear right passed the double benches to the first landing or bear left and head to the top of the stairs . You may want to explore the cave now or after you find the cache.Total descent is 114 steps before you cross the bridge.

Coordinates may be a bit off in this area because of tree cover, but no need to leave the valley once you've descended the stairs! Have fun, Enjoy the sights, and take in the fresh air! Cache is in an Ammo Can with plenty of room for swag.

Congratulations Soundman126 for the FTF!! Way to GO!!
