This should be an enjoyable bushwalk along a marked trail. The trail might be a bit hard to find at the start but look for the markers and the worn path.
The area has lots of wildlife and we spotted an Antechinus while hiding the cache so keep your eyes open and walk quietly. As well as the wildlife there is some nice scenery along the way but we saved the best views for the cache site.
In summer there are lots of places to swim and an interesting rope swing however you have to go down a very shaky ladder. So while you are there have a bit of an explore as well.
The track to the cache is mostly flat with only one short up hill section but don’t let this fool you, as you approach the cache site the area has large cliffs not far from the track so don’t let the kids wander to far.
The cache itself is off the track but back from the cliffs so don’t go near the edge.
