At the highest point of Reuter Terrace in Pack Square Park is a railing. It can be found between 2 short stone columns topped with lamp posts. This unusual railing can be divided into 7 sections defined by the newels which are twice as thick as the regular balusters, or spindles. For clarity, we will call the Northern-most section the 1st section. It will be to your left if you are standing in the grey circular zone facing the railing. The listed coordinates will take you to this peculiar piece of art where you will need to use the following clues to find the final coordinates of the cache which is stashed at:

A = # of iron people in all sections PLUS # of spheres in 2nd section
B = # of spheres in 3rd section
C = # of circles in 5th section MINUS # of circles in 4th section
D = # of iron people in 3rd section TIMES 3
E = # of spheres in 1st section PLUS # of circles in 4th section
F = # of circles in 5th section PLUS circles in 7th section
CHECKSUM: A+B+C+D+E+F=XY X+Y=3
There are no trick answers. Read clues carefully. The final location is a less than 1/4 mile walk or drive. Container is large enough for larger trackables and swag. Bring your own pen and be stealthy removing and replacing the container which is a large camo'd plastic container. Don't disturb the groundhog nearby. If you want to avoid muggles completely while searching for container, save this for a weekend.
