SummerCamp at Refuge du Goûter
If you feel like a nice weekend away from everything, join us in the Alps and share some of your geocaching stories. We've kind of done that before on the other side of the planet. Last year's WinterCamp was probably Australia's smallest event. It was 22km hike after we drove to the trailhead with three 4WD - one way. This time it's not that far but definitely not easier.
Now while you're looking at the map, you might scratch your head and ask yourself how do you drive there. There is a simple answer to this: You don't. You walk. You climb. Yes it is a bit of a hike and I strongly recommend this event for experienced mountaineers only. You don't want to die out there - other people did that already. On a good not if you make it, you will meet half of last year's event attendees.

- When: 27./28. July 2014 (we're booked in for both nights)

If the weather should be really terrible, I will postpone or cancel the event however I will post this a couple of days prior.
